Mike is the President of the firm with over 46 years of public accounting experience. Mike is licensed by the State of North Carolina, License #9976. The firm is located in Charlotte, North Carolina. Mike also has seven years experience teaching accounting and business classes at local community colleges.

Mike earned Dean's List while obtaining a B.S. in accounting from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Mike holds a Certified Public Accountant certification. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants. He is past president of the Charlotte Eastern Lions Club.

Mike specializes in corporate income tax planning. His experience includes a wide variety of business types. He has provided many other services to for-profit businesses and organizations, including, writeup, compilations, and business tax preparation.

Mike enjoys spending his spare time with his wife, Wanda, and their family and two grandchildren!
